Interview to content: the engine everything runs on

You talk for 30 minutes a week. We turn it into a week of published authority content — with your approval on every word.

The only input the machine needs: your thinking

Most agencies ask founders to "send over some ideas" and then wonder why the content sounds like everyone else. The interview-to-content engine reverses it: a strategist interviews you for 30 minutes every week and extracts the raw material — client conversations, objections you heard, frameworks you use, opinions you hold, stories from the work. Your thinking is the only thing we can't manufacture. Everything else is process.

How it works, step by step

1. The weekly 30-minute interview

A strategist — not a junior VA — runs the call. They come with questions built from your content pillars, last week's performance, and what's happening in your market. You talk. They probe. Thirty minutes, recorded and transcribed. The best material usually comes from the tangents, so the interviewer is trained to follow them.

2. AI-assisted first drafts

The transcript becomes draft content: hooks, structures, angles. AI handles the mechanical work — turning spoken rambling into shaped drafts, generating variations, formatting for each platform. This is acceleration, not authorship. The ideas, stories, and opinions are yours; they came out of your mouth ten minutes earlier.

3. Mandatory human quality control

Every draft passes a human strategist before you ever see it. They check voice match, kill generic phrasing, verify claims against what you actually said in the interview, and cut anything that wouldn't survive your clients reading it. Nothing AI-generated goes to a client unreviewed — that's an operating standard, not a preference. See our standards.

4. Your approval before anything publishes

Drafts land in a shared approval queue. Approve, edit inline, or reject. Nothing publishes without your explicit sign-off — not one post, ever. Most clients spend under an hour a week here, and the queue is built for phones: approve between calls if you want.

5. Scheduled publishing and compounding

Approved content schedules across your profiles at the cadence your tier runs — lighter on Presence, daily on Authority Engine, heaviest on Category King. Every piece links back to your content pillars, so the library compounds into a searchable body of your thinking.

What comes out of one interview

A single 30-minute conversation typically yields a full week of output: several feed posts, a carousel or two, short-form video clips for reels and shorts, a newsletter section, and a bank of comment-ready takes and DM openers. There is no call guarantee. Social Signal removed its earlier call guarantee because it was unproven; instead you get the call-tracking dashboard — every call the system produces, reported in numbers, so you can judge it yourself.

In our experience working with founder-led practices, the interview also gets better over time. Founders start noticing content-worthy moments in their client work during the week and bring them to the call. The machine trains you to think in publishable insights — which, not coincidentally, makes you better at sales conversations too.

The disclosure we make openly

We use AI assistance in drafting, and we say so plainly — to clients, and in our standards. What AI never does: invent your opinions, fabricate client stories, publish without human review, or post without your approval. The line is simple — the thinking is human, the typing is assisted, the judgment is yours.

Frequently asked questions

Do I really not have to write anything?

Correct. You talk for 30 minutes a week with a strategist. We handle transcription, drafting, editing, formatting, scheduling, and publishing. Your job is twofold: show up with your thinking, and approve drafts in the shared queue — most clients spend under an hour a week on approvals.

How does the AI part work, and is it disclosed?

AI assists with first drafts from your interview transcript — structure, hooks, formatting. Every draft then passes mandatory human quality control: a strategist edits for your voice, checks claims against what you actually said, and kills anything generic. You approve before anything publishes. We disclose AI assistance openly; the thinking is always yours.

What if I don't like a draft?

Reject it or edit it in the approval queue. Early on, expect a calibration period of 2–3 weeks while we learn your voice — mark what feels off and the drafts tighten fast. In our experience, approval rates climb above 90% within the first month because the raw material is your own words.

What do you do with the interview besides posts?

One interview feeds everything: feed posts, carousels, short-form video clips, newsletter sections, comment-ready takes, and DM conversation starters. Higher tiers repurpose more aggressively — see short-form video and the LinkedIn newsletter — but even the base engine multiplies one conversation into a week of output.

What if I miss a week?

Tell us ahead and we reschedule — the cadence survives one missed week on banked content. Miss repeatedly and the machine starves: there is no content worth publishing without your thinking.
