The machine, week by week

From onboarding to booked calls: a fixed weekly cadence that runs whether you feel like posting or not.

Week 0: Onboarding and kickoff (days 1–2)

Onboarding is paperwork and positioning: contracts, access to your profiles, and a positioning intake that calibrates your voice, your offers, and the buyers you want in your calendar. Kickoff happens within 48 hours of onboarding. In the kickoff session we set content pillars, confirm platforms, and run your first 30-minute interview — so the machine starts with real material on day one.

Week 1 and every week: the interview

Every week, same time, 30 minutes. A structured conversation: what you're seeing in your market, client stories (anonymized), opinions you'd argue about, frameworks you use, questions prospects keep asking. You talk; we record and transcribe. This is the only part of the week that requires your brain, and it requires no preparation.

The draft loop: 48 hours from interview to your inbox

  1. Drafting. We turn the interview transcript into a month's worth of posts, carousels, and articles. AI assists the drafting — speed, not judgment.
  2. Human quality control. An editor reviews every piece: is it accurate, does it sound like you, does it make a point? Anything that fails gets rewritten or cut.
  3. Your approval. Drafts arrive in one batch. You approve or request changes. Nothing — nothing — publishes without your sign-off.

Publishing and engagement: daily

Approved content publishes on a daily cadence across your platforms, scheduled for when your audience is active. In parallel, engagement runs daily: comments answered, DMs worked, conversations started with the right people. On Authority Engine and above, that's backed by SLAs — DM responses within 2 business hours, comment responses within 4 business hours.

Monthly: the pipeline report

By the 3rd business day of each month, you get the pipeline report: conversations started, DMs worked, calls booked, content performance that actually mattered, and what's next. Real metrics only — booked calls and pipeline movement, never likes and follower counts.

What we need from you

The whole system rests on two weekly commitments: 30 minutes for the interview, and a short approval pass on drafts. Miss the interview and there's no raw material; skip approvals and nothing publishes. There is no call guarantee. Social Signal removed its earlier call guarantee because it was unproven; instead you get the call-tracking dashboard — every call the system produces, reported in numbers, so you can judge it yourself.

Month 2 and beyond: compounding

The first month establishes the system. After that, the machine compounds: content pillars get sharper as we learn which ideas move your audience, the DM playbook improves with every conversation, and the pipeline report starts showing trends instead of first data points. The weekly cadence never changes — interview, draft, QC, approval, publish, engage, report — but the output gets better every cycle because it's built on your real market feedback, not a launch-week guess.

See the pricing for what each tier includes at this cadence, or start with the 30-day pilot to run the full machine for a month before committing.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I have to do each week?

Two things: a 30-minute interview where you talk and we record, and a short approval pass on the content batch — usually 10 to 15 minutes to review drafts and mark approve or request changes. That's it. Everything else is done for you.

What happens if I miss an interview?

Tell us ahead and we reschedule — the cadence survives one missed week on banked content. Miss repeatedly and the machine starves: there is no content worth publishing without your thinking, which is why the interview matters more than any single post.

How do approvals work in practice?

Drafts arrive in one batch, usually within 48 hours of your interview. You review, approve, or request changes inline. Nothing publishes without your sign-off — no exceptions, no auto-publishing, no 'we thought you'd like it.'

When does the first content go live?

Within 7 days of onboarding. Kickoff happens within 48 hours, your first interview is part of that week, and the first batch publishes within a week of you signing on.

How do I know it's working?

Your monthly pipeline report — delivered by the 3rd business day — shows conversations started, DMs worked, calls booked, and what's converting. We report pipeline, not vanity metrics. If you want interim visibility, ask anytime; support runs Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET.

The 30-day Pilot is $1,500 — credited in full if you continue. There is no call guarantee — the call-tracking dashboard reports every call the system produces, in numbers (weekly 30-minute interview required; 5 pilots max at a time).
