What's in scope at each tier

Presence is for founders who need to look active and credible everywhere it matters: weekly interview-to-content publishing on LinkedIn plus one more platform, profile management, and engagement basics. Summary pipeline reporting.

Authority Engine is the hero tier and the complete client-acquisition system: everything in Presence, plus full DM and inbox management with 2-hour DM / 4-hour comment response SLAs, lead capture (lead magnets, bio links, landing hooks), short-form video repurposing, and full monthly pipeline reporting.

Category King adds maximum coverage: all six platforms including X/Twitter, a LinkedIn newsletter built and grown from your content, reputation and review management, and priority everything. For founders who want to own their category's feed.

Every tier includes the weekly 30-minute interview, mandatory human quality control on all content, and your approval before anything publishes. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

The X/Twitter add-on

X/Twitter is managed as a $49/month add-on on Presence and Authority Engine. It's included in Category King at no extra charge. We disclose this plainly because add-on pricing buried in fine print is exactly the kind of agency behavior we don't do. If your buyers are on X, add it. If they're not, don't.

The 30-day pilot

Before any retainer, most clients run the 30-day pilot: $1,500. It runs the complete machine for a full month — kickoff interview, content batch, publishing, engagement, DM work, and a pipeline report. If you continue to a retainer, the $1,500 is credited in full. We accept a maximum of 5 concurrent pilots so each one gets full attention. Full detail on the pilot page.

No call guarantee — the dashboard instead

There is no call guarantee. Social Signal removed its earlier call guarantee because it was unproven — an earlier version of this page carried one, and it should not have. Instead you get the call-tracking dashboard: every piece published, every call it produced, reported in numbers, so you can judge the system yourself and leave if the numbers say leave. The interview is your part of the bargain — without your voice, the content has nothing to say.

Who each tier is for — and not for

Presence is for founders who already have a sales motion and need the credibility layer: consistent publishing, a profile that looks alive, and engagement basics. It's not for founders who need the agency to run conversations — that's Authority Engine.

Authority Engine is for founders who want the full client-acquisition system: content, engagement, DMs, lead capture, and reporting, all done for you. If your calendar should be full of sales calls and your time should be spent closing them, this is the tier.

Category King is for founders playing a longer game: owning their category's feed across every platform, with a newsletter and reputation engine compounding on top. It's the maximum-coverage option, not the default.

If you're unsure, the pilot runs the Authority Engine machine for 30 days — the best way to feel the cadence before you pick a tier.

Terms and cancellation

We keep terms short on purpose. A 12-month lock-in protects the agency, not the client. If the pipeline is working, you'll stay. There is no call guarantee. Social Signal removed its earlier call guarantee because it was unproven; instead you get the call-tracking dashboard — every call the system produces, reported in numbers, so you can judge it yourself.

Still deciding?

Most founders start with the pilot to evaluate the system on real output for 30 days. If you want to understand the week-by-week mechanics first, read how the machine runs. Common objections and edge cases are answered in the FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a discount for paying ahead?

No annual plans and no annual lock-in. On Authority Engine and Category King, paying six months ahead takes 10% off the retainer — that's the only prepay discount, and the 3-month initial term still applies first. We keep terms short because we want clients who stay for results, not for a sunk cost.

What does the setup fee actually cover?

Profile rebuilds, positioning and voice calibration, content pillar setup, publishing and scheduling infrastructure, lead-capture basics, and your kickoff interview and first content batch. It's the one-time work that makes the monthly machine run.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; downgrades too. Most clients start on Authority Engine and move to Category King when they want the newsletter and reputation management, or down to Presence when they have in-house support to pair with.

Are there any other fees I should know about?

The X/Twitter add-on is $49/month on Presence and Authority Engine, included in Category King. That's it. No per-post fees, no engagement packages, no surprise invoices. The setup fee is one-time.

Do you take a percentage of closed deals?

No. Flat retainers only. When we book you a call that closes for $50,000, the upside is entirely yours — that's the point of the model.

Stop renting attention. Start booking calls.

The 30-day Pilot is $1,500 — credited in full if you continue. There is no call guarantee — the call-tracking dashboard reports every call the system produces, in numbers (weekly 30-minute interview required; 5 pilots max at a time).
